Downtown project with four levels of high-end fashion, dining, market-place, cinemas and 200 boutiques, one of the top ten most profitable malls in the USA. The project with 2,049,169ft² , (190,375m²) GLA.

The renovation of a historical warehouse building added four floors to the original 10 floor structure, for a total of 750,000 ft² (70,000m2) GLA. Working in collaboration with architects Zeidler Roberts, DI was responsible for planning and interior design of the two-level retail area. Awards received - Arido 1985 Design Award “Silver” for Adaptive Re-Use

Responsible for design, merchandise planning, tenant mix, masterplanning, tenant co-ordination, and design development. Renovation and repositioning of a regional centre,contract value $12 million. Responsible for architecture, interior and exterior design, merchandise planning, tenant co-ordination and store design. 1,062,000ft² GLA.

Double-decking, renovation and expansion of regional mall. Responsible for retail planning and design and design development. GLA 1,246,675 ft² (115,820m2).

Adaptive re-use of a two level department store converted into a specialty retail, dining and cinema complex. Responsible for retail planning, conceptual design and architecture.
