Concept and Design architect for a large condominum and retail complex in the city of Toronto, an entertainment centre which comprised a 10 plex cinema, IMAX, multi-media facilities and theme restaurants 240,000ft² (22,000m2) topped with a 95 feet diameter (29m) dome, with the longest unsupported escalator in North America giving access to the movie theatre from the ground floor. Above are two 34-storey residential towers with a total of 745 units between them.
