Reem 2

 The Reem 2 project is an innovative mixed used development focusing on the integration of organic forms with dynamic space planning. The design integrates nature throughout with roof terraces and marina views. Taking a sophisticated approach to developing destination-based retail and dining experiences whilst providing exclusive amenities for residents within a refined modern masterplan.

The iconic shape of the towers is inspired by fluid lines found in nature and continued throughout the project to draw connections between different areas. The leaf form of the tower defines both the terrace canopies and entrances drawing continuity between varied uses across the project.

The Leaf canopies bring shade to the roof terraces allowing guests and residents to enjoy the unique views across the marina from beneath the solar protection of a bespoke artistic shading system. The futuristic main façade provides a strong visual impact to the passing traffic drawing them into the main indoor retail areas, whilst the marina side restaurants and shopfronts open out onto pedestrian plazas within landscaping integrated with the waterfront.
