Designing a living community with all seasons in mind

The new residential Masterplan in the north part of Bucharest is taking inspiration from Brancusi infinite bloom flowers and takes on it by creating a continuous loop that connects the two project sites. The project links together a sequence of spaces, with four courtyards connected by nodal areas and a main central plaza with a boulevard on the north side as the central spine of the enlarged area under development. The journey through these spaces becomes a unique experience with three key elements playing together: Green, Water and Art.
